Tits out, ass up, stomach in. Pinky up, arms wide, high elbows. Breathe every two strokes, not every three. Rock, don't rock. Kick out, not back. Stretch forward, push back. Cup hands, pull with lats, kick with hip flexors. Count strokes, glide, glide, glide. Kick streamlined, weakside breathing. Sight off the beam, feel for the draft, don't tickle toes. Grip a kickboard between your thighs, don't let the 'fin' slap the water.
