The human element

We have three - count 'em THREE - GPS devices in the car (including one which speaks to us in fluent Ocker) and yet we resorted to calling Chris (the human GPS) for instructions on how to avoid NY on our trip north. Funny thing technology - analysis will never be replaced by it.

For the record, NJTP to Garden State Parkway to Pallisades Parkway to Tappen Zee Bridge to 684 to 84. Yeah Chris!

My emergency facebook plea for routes also paid off with a recommendation for the GSP. - I love this connected age. I have experienced so many relationships that are made or deepened by electronic communications.
