Exhiliration

Quick 20 mile ride in the Falls Church neighborhoods on Sunday. So much fun - lots of hills, screaming winds and some of those fun slight downhills where Indy and I hit 30mph. Warm weather, so no need to pack all the layers and my Queen jersey got a rare winter outing. Lovin' recovery weeks. Starting to feel nervous about a BIG weekend, starting with two days of NY celebrating then a recitative of the Skyline Drive run and a three hour ride. I'm afraid that my expectations are too high, given how well I coped with the last Skyline Drive run. The wheels are going to fall off sometime!
