Finishing Strong

Had a great swim workout last night. After a few laps of drills, we swam 500 and then 2X250 yards. I felt stronger and more streamlined by the end of the workout than at the beginning and I was even the last one out of the pool. Progress? I think my under-arm flab is less ... well ... flabby too. That could be an illusion though.
