Swim: check

Phew - got in the pool this morning and managed about 40 mins of stop and start swimming. Thank the maker, the arm felt fine and its crookedness didn't seem to affect me. The stretching out really felt good too.

K - I think I can do this. I know I can do this.

This will not stop me. I will be an Ironman.
